Delhi HC: CCI Can Entertain Patent Rights Abuse Complaints - 04.04.2016

Delhi HC has said that Competition Commission of India (CCI) can entertain complaints regarding abuse of dominance of patent rights as there is no "irreconcilable conflict" between the Competition Act and the Patents Act.
