Bombay HC: Compensation Awarded for Property Acquired for Bullet Train Project Not Taxable - 13.06.2022

Bombay High Court has held that income received by land-owners on account of the property acquired by the National Hi-Speed Rail Corporation Ltd through private negotiations and sale deed is exempted from tax.
