Madras HC Imposes Costs on Adi Dravidar Department Secretary - 04.04.2016

Madras HC has imposed costs of Rs 15,000 on the Adi Dravidar and Tribal Welfare Department Secretary for not implementing its order despite a lapse of 18 months from the date of the order.
