Kar. HC: Petition U/S 11(6) A&C Act Would be Premature if Precondition of Conciliation Not Fulfilled - 13.06.2022

Karnataka High Court has held that the petition under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation (A&C) Act would be premature when the parties have not complied with the precondition of conciliation.
