MP HC Denies Bail to Janpad Panchayat CEO for Allegedly Embezzling Funds Under Vivah Sahayata Yojna - 13.06.2022

Madhya Pradesh High Court has denied bail to the CEO of a Janpad Panchayat who allegedly embezzled money set out for the beneficiaries of the Vivah Sahayata Yojnal, observing that it was prima facie a white collar crime.
