Gujarat HC: Contraband of Small Quantity Does Not Attract Embargo on Bail U/S 37 of NDPS Act - 13.06.2022

Gujarat High Court while granting bail under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 (NDPS) has held that bail under Section 37 of the NDPS Act does not apply in case of non-commercial quantity and therefore, regular bail can be allowed.
