Karnataka HC: Accused Can't Invoke Jurisdiction U/A 226 of Constitution Or U/S 482 CrPC Through POA - 10.06.2022

Karnataka High Court has held that a Power of Attorney (POA) holder of an accused cannot maintain a petition under Article 226 or 227 of the Constitution read with Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code (CrPC).
