Kerala HC: Teens Engage in Sexual Relations Unaware of Drastic Consequences Under POCSO Act - 10.06.2022

Kerala High Court has expressed concern over teen children being unaware of the consequences of having sexual relationships with each other, even consensual, under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act and the amended Section 376 of Indian Penal Code.
