Calcutta HC Orders CBI to Investigate TMC Leader Tapan Dutta's Murder - 10.06.2022

Calcutta High Court has transferred the investigation relating to murder of Trinamool Congress leader Tapan Dutta to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI). The CID West Bengal which was probing the case was directed to immediately handover the investigation to the CBI.
