SC to Bihar Govt.: Consider Framing Guidelines for Arrest Similar to Those Adopted by Delhi Police - 09.06.2022

Supreme Court has directed Bihar Government to look into the guidelines for arrest, keeping in view section 41A of Criminal Procedure Code, similar to those which have been issued by the Delhi Police.
