AAR: GST is Payable on Receipt of Gratuitous Payment From Outgoing Member - 09.06.2022

Maharashtra Authority of Advance Ruling (AAR) has held that Goods and Services Tax (GST) is payable on receipt of gratuitous payment from outgoing members.
