Bombay HC Grants Anticipatory Bail to Principal After Complainant Sought Extra Judicial Remedy - 09.06.2022

Bombay High Court while granting anticipatory bail to the accused for an offence under Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act stated that complainant seeking extra-judicial remedy by putting up banners asking for arrest of accused was uncalled for.
