Delhi HC: Liquor Vendor’s License Can’t be Cancelled Merely Because of Public Sentiment - 08.06.2022

Delhi High Court has held that unless the license of liquor vend is established to violate any statutory provision, the same cannot merit cancellation, merely because public sentiment may be opposed to its location.
