Rajasthan HC: Concrete Action Plan is Required From State to Curb Child Labour Activities - 08.06.2022

Rajasthan High Court while hearing PIL to institutionalise effective machinery and mechanism for rescue and post rescue rehabilitation of all child labourers, has held that a firm and concrete action plan is required from the state to curb child labour activities in the state.
