P&H HC: Unregistered Agreement to Sell Can't be Accepted for Establishing Possession of Property - 08.06.2022

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that an unregistered agreement to sell cannot be accepted by the Court for granting possession in favour of the claimant party as it is in contravention of the Registration Act, 1908.
