Delhi HC: Order by Arbitrator Allowing Meeting at Other Place Will Not Change Seat of Arbitration - 08.06.2022

Delhi High Court has held that order passed by the Arbitrator stating that the arbitral proceedings shall be conducted at any other place would not change the seat of Arbitration as provided in the Arbitration Clause.
