Delhi HC Corrects Arithmetic Error in an Order Which Imposed Rs. 12.5 Cr. Cost on a Private Company - 07.06.2022

Delhi High Court has made an arithmetic correction in its order which imposed a cost of Rs. 12.5 crores on a private company, SARR Freights Corporation, for concealing the information about its blacklisting in a tender matter.
