Kerala HC Stays Amendments to Kerala Education Rules - 07.06.2022

Kerala High Court has stayed the operation of the recent amendments to the Kerala Education Rules for one month as an interim relief stating that the Rules are inconsistent with the RTE Act, 2009 and Kerala Education Act, 1958 and is likely to cause serious hardship to all the stakeholders.
