Kar. HC: Compensation for Loss of Future Prospect Can be Awarded Without Disability from Amputation - 07.06.2022

Karnataka High Court has held that 'Loss of future prospects' has to be factored in cases of injury without amputation resulting in whole body disability, which has a bearing on the reduced earning capacity of the victim.
