HP HC: SARFAESI Act Has an Overriding Effect on the Provisions of VAT Act - 06.06.2022

Himachal Pradesh High Court has held that SARFAESI Act and Recovery of Debts and Bankruptcy Act, 1993 have an overriding effect on the provisions of Himachal Pradesh Value Added Tax Act, 2005.
