Delhi HC: IPR Suits Below 3 Lacs to be Listed Before DJ to Verify if Suits are Purposely Undervalued - 06.06.2022

Delhi High Court has held that cases where IPR suit in district courts are valued below the Rs. 3 lakhs, such suit would be listed before the District Judge (Commercial)(DJ) first, to determine if the valuation is deliberately undervalued.
