P&H HC: Small Distance is Not a Reason to Transfer Matrimonial Suit - 06.06.2022

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that distance of sixty kilometers is small and therefore not an overwhelming reason for the Court to order the transfer of the suit under section 9 of Hindu Marriage Act.
