Delhi HC Quashes Rape FIR Against Father-in-Law In Matrimonial Disputes - 06.06.2022

Delhi High Court has held that in matrimonial offences, quashing of First Information Report is welcome as it shows that parties have decided to put an end to the dispute as well as to the misery they undergo due to a matrimonial case pending between them.
