AAR: Sale of Car by Company After Using it for Business Purpose Attracts 18% GST - 06.06.2022

Gujarat Authority of Advance Ruling has ruled that 18% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is payable on the sale of a car by a company after using it for business purposes.
