Allahabad HC: Non-Reporting of Seizure of Bank Account to Magistrate Doesn't Make Seizure Illegal - 06.06.2022

Allahabad High Court has observed that non-reporting of the seizure of a bank account, seized by police under Section 102 Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 to the magistrate, doesn't render such seizure ipso fact illegal.
