Delhi HC: Gold Smuggling Without Threatening Economic Security of India is not a ‘Terrorist Act’ - 06.06.2022

Delhi High Court has held that mere smuggling of gold without any connection to threatening economic security or monetary stability of India cannot be considered as a terrorist act under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.
