Delhi HC Seeks Consolidated List of All Pending and Adjourned Cases U/S 138 of NI Act - 03.06.2022

Delhi High Court has sought from the Principal District and Sessions Judge (Headquarters) a consolidated list of all cases pending or adjourned under section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 due to the reason that the Proclaimed Offenders were not traceable.
