SC Criticizes ‘Cyclostyled Manner’ of Quashing FIRs, Direct to Follow Arnesh Kumar’s Guidelines - 03.06.2022

Supreme Court while showing displeasure has stated that the matters pertaining to quashing of FIR were disposed in ‘Cyclostyled’ manner by Uttarakhand High Court without looking into the merit of the case and only directed the police follow the directions of Arnesh Kumar’s case before making arrest.
