CESTAT: No Excise Duty on Goods Consumed for Manufacture of Exempted Final Products - 02.06.2022

Customs, Excise and Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Ahmedabad has held that intermediate goods consumed for the manufacture of exempted final products do not attract excise duty.
