Madras HC: Govt. Cannot Retain Educational Certificates for Violation of Compulsory Services Bond - 01.06.2022

Madras High Court while directing concerned medical colleges and the Directorate of Medical Education has held that they could not withhold the original education certificates collected at the time of admission, merely on the ground that the petitioners has violated compulsory services bond.
