Orissa HC Orders Compassionate Appointment After 7 Years Delay - 01.06.2022

Orissa High Court while ordering compassionate appointment, after a delay of 7 years , has held that it is highly improper to keep such cases pending for years as the very purpose behind the same is to mitigate hardship of a bereaved family.
