AAR: Execution Work by Railway is not Composite Supply of ‘Original Work’ - 01.06.2022

West Bengal Authority for Advance Ruling ( AAR ) has held that the execution work by Railway for dismantling of existing sleeper fixing and/or installation of new H-Beam Steel sleepers is not composite supply of ‘original work’.
