Gujarat HC: Limitation Act Inapplicable to Contempt Proceedings - 01.06.2022

Gujarat High Court while refusing to condone a delay of 1 year in a Contempt Proceeding has held that the provisions of the Limitation Act, 1963 do not apply to contempt proceedings.
