Kerala HC: State can Decide Incentives for In-Service Candidates - 01.06.2022

Kerala High Court while dismissing appeals challenging the incentives to in-service candidates in NEET-PG, has held that it was a policy decision of the State to regulate the requirements in respective departments so as to cater for the needs of the public at large and can't be interfered by Court.
