Orissa HC Quashes Election Notification Issued by Appealing Body of OMSA - 01.06.2022

Orissa High Court has quashed election notification issues by appealing body of Odisha Medical Services Association (OMSA) notifying election of Association on ground that process of election was commenced by a committee not duly constituted under the association's constitution.
