SC Dismisses Plea Filed for Challenging Bail Granted to Former ADGP in a Case Corruption Case - 31.05.2022

Supreme Court has dismissed Chhattisgarh Government's plea challenging bail granted to suspended ADGP in a case filed under Prevention of Corruption Act. The Court while stating actions of the State as ‘Unwarranted’ held that high ranking officials are equally entitled to bail.
