P&H HC: Person Otherwise Disqualified Cannot Become Eligible by Entering into Joint Venture - 31.05.2022

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that the members of a Joint Venture were not eligible to apply and obtain the contract as the Joint Venture was constituted only to overcome the disqualification.
