Delhi HC: Road Maintenance Concerns Fundamental Rights of Citizens - 31.05.2022

Delhi High Court observed that lack of funds cannot be a valid ground for the State to escape from its duty to maintain public roads, as the same pertains to Fundamental Rights of the citizens.
