Patent Office Dismisses Wyeth’s Divisional Patent Application - 31.03.2016

The Assistant Controller of Patents & Designs, Kolkata, has refused to proceed with a divisional patent application of Wyeth (now part of Pfizer), for an invention stating that the claims are within the claims of parent application.
