Delhi HC: Party Alleging Contempt Can't Call Upon Court to Interpret Judicial Order - 30.05.2022

Delhi High Court observed that in a contempt jurisdiction, a party can’t be called upon the Court to interpret the judicial order differently than in which it reads and only those directions that are self evident shall be taken into account to determine the disobedience.
