Meghalaya HC: Act of Holding Hands Of Child Can’t be Considered As Sexual Assault Under POCSO Act - 30.05.2022

Meghalaya High Court has ruled that the act of holding the hands of a child and saying that her hands are beautiful cannot be considered an act of sexual assault under the provisions of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences, 2012.
