Delhi HC: Court Cannot Compel Party to File Documents on Which it didn’t Rely - 30.05.2022

Delhi High Court has held that no court can compel a party to file documents on which the party did not choose to rely, except for certain specific circumstances for which provisions are prescribed in the Code of Civil Procedure.
