Delhi HC Orders Immediate Release of Prisoner Detained Despite Bail - 30.05.2022

Delhi High Court reprimanded Delhi Police for delaying age verification of accused kept in custody despite having bail order in his favor. The Court displeased by the state of affairs, termed the act of Police as ‘Illegal Detention’ and ordered for immediate release of the accused.
