Allahabad HC Directs State Government to Consider Case of Life Convicts in Murder Case for Remission - 27.05.2022

Allahabad High Court while upholding life sentence of two accused in a 42 years old murder case, has directed the State Government to consider their case for remission considering the advanced age of the convicts and conduct in jail.
