P&H HC: Contribution by Daily Wage Service to Be Considered While Computing Retiral Benefits - 27.05.2022

Punjab and Haryana High Court has held that for computing retiral benefits, daily wage services rendered by an employee prior to regularization is to be treated as qualifying service.
