Supreme Court Expresses Concern over Appointment of Law Officers - 31.03.2016

Supreme Court has expressed concern over appointment of Public Prosecutors (PP) without any real assessment or policy as it framed guidelines for selection and appointment of law officers in states, saying the prevailing process lacked transparency.
