Delhi HC: Film Titles Can be Registered Under Trademark Law - 27.05.2022

Delhi High Court while rejecting a contention that titles of films cannot be registered under Trademark Law, has held that the word 'SHOLAY' being the title of an iconic film can’t be held to be a mark devoid of protection.
