Delhi HC Dismisses PIL Praying to Include Group A, B, C & D Officer under Delhi Lokayukta Act - 26.05.2022

Delhi High Court has dismissed a public interest litigation seeking inclusion of Group A, B C and D officers of the Delhi government within the scope and ambit of the Delhi Lokayukta and Uplokayukta Act, 1995. The Court held that it can't direct legislature to amend/ broaden any law
