Gujarat HC Denies Bail to Congress Leader Accused of Conspiring Murder of BJP Councilor - 26.05.2022

Gujarat HC has rejected the bail application filed by Congress Leader, who was charged for allegedly committing the offences u/s 302, 303 of IPC, while opining that there is sufficient evidence to form a prima facie view that he has hatched a criminal conspiracy to murder BJP amid political rivalry.
