Orissa HC: Unlawful Possession Can't be Defended on Ground that Clause is Prospective in Nature - 26.05.2022

Orissa High Court has stated that an unlawful possession of a property, which does not bestow any right, cannot be defended only on the ground that the legislation, which authorizes eviction, is prospective in nature.
